We have a large parking lot, not very visible from the street. There you can also park your bikes. We have no storage facilities / no room for bicycles.

Currently, breakfast costs € 10.00 per person per day and is included in most room rates.
Guests who do not stay at the hotel can have breakfast with us for € 15.00 per person. We kindly ask for reservation the day before.

When booking directly on our website, children up to 3 years stay free of charge in their parents' bed. Due to the room sizes, a maximum of one child per room is allowed in the Standard Room.
The prices for attic (triple room), balcony room with extra bed, family room (up to 4 persons) and garden house maisonette (up to 5 persons) vary according to the number of persons. Please enter your needs in the booking mask to receive the price according to occupancy.
Please understand that with a current price of € 10.00 per person per day we cannot take all wishes into account for our breakfast.
With information two days before arrival, we may organize gluten-free rolls and lactose-free milk at no extra charge.
When booking 4 rooms or more, special conditions apply. We also ask for a credit card as a guarantee and prepayment depending on the travel amount.
In the summer season, the stay for only one night is not possible for larger groups.

2 nights on the weekends from May to mid-October and 1st-3rd Advent weekends, Christmas and New Year's Eve.
3 nights over Easter, Ascension Day, Pentecost and on weekends when the holiday falls on Friday or Monday.
During your stay, 20 parking spaces for our 20 rooms are available free of charge. You can park free of charge under exclusion of liability and without guarantee of availability. We do not rent parking spaces beyond this time or if guests do not stay with us.

For longer stays of more than 7nights, we ask you to pay the bill upfront.
Small dogs up to 5kg are allowed in some rooms. We charge 10 EUR per pet/day without food. Please call us before you book.
All rooms and house areas are non-smoking. If this is disregarded, we will charge damages in the amount of at least € 120.
If you find it difficult to climb stairs, please book one of the three double rooms, the comfort room or stucco room on the ground floor based to availability.
